Drip Studio is a heated fitness studio in Blackpool. Classes take place in a room heated up to 42°C, creating a strong, sweaty and energising experience. Some classes are challenging and powerful, while others are calmer and more restorative.

What temperature is the Drip Studio heated to?

3

The Drip Studio is heated up to 42°C (but not all classes are this hot!). The heat is part of the experience, so you should expect to sweat, work hard and feel the intensity of training in a hot studio environment.

Are all Drip classes hard?

No. Some Drip classes are strong, intense and physically challenging, while others are easier and more restorative. If you are new to heated classes, we recommend starting with one of the gentler options and building up from there. You can see our full timetable on our website.

Is Drip Studio suitable for beginners?

5

Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome, but we recommend choosing the right class for your fitness level. Please take a look at our website. We have classes for everybody. Be mindful that the studio is heated up to 42°C (we like things spicy!). Please take breaks when needed, drink plenty of water and listen to your body.

What are the benefits of training in a heated studio?

6

Many people enjoy heated classes because they feel energised, sweaty and powerful. The heat can help you feel more focused, warm and challenged during your workout. Everyone responds differently, so it is important to pace yourself and choose classes that feel suitable for your body.

What should I wear to a Drip class?

7

Wear lightweight, breathable activewear that you are comfortable sweating in.

What should I bring with me?

8

Please bring water and a towel with you. You will sweat, so hydration is important before, during and after class. You may also want to bring a change of clothes for after your session, although this is not essential.

Can I join if I have a health condition, injury or I am pregnant?

If you have a health condition, injury, are pregnant, postnatal, taking medication, prone to dizziness, or unsure whether heated exercise is suitable for you, please check with a doctor or medical professional before attending.
