Sarah Palmer is a fitness industry veteran with 23 years of experience turning workouts into welcoming, high energy communities. Starting as an exercise to music instructor, she advanced to a Level 3 Personal Trainer before mastering everything from Zumba to Pilates and yoga. After teaching globally online during lockdown, Sarah launched The Fit Lab (2022), The Loft Reformer Pilates (2024), and DRIP (2025). Driven by making exercise genuinely fun, Sarah focuses on building inclusive, all ages communities while passionately mentoring new instructors and supporting fellow studio owners.

Hi, I'm Brittany, a qualified Pilates, Barre, and Reformer instructor. Many people know me as Miss Brit, as I'm also a dance school owner with over 10 years of experience teaching dance to children and performing professionally on stages around the world. On the weekends I dance with big DJs, eat fire and walk on stilts! My passion lies in movement driven by music, rhythm, and energy. You'll often find me waiting for the beat to drop before bringing out those killer moves, and yes you can definitely expect plenty of "5, 6, 7, 8s" along the way!

Imogen teaches our Wednesday evening beginners class, especially designed for beginners but also suitable for regulars. Don't worry, Imogen will make you work hard! Her Reformer Revolution class is designed to build a strong foundation, focusing on mastering basic movements, understanding the equipment, and developing body awareness and control.

Lisa is an experienced and enthusiastic Pilates instructor. I love to teach in alignment with the fundamental principles of Pilates: concentration, centring, flow, precision and breathing. By adhering to these principles, I create sessions that build strength, flexibility, balance and awareness, helping clients feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to their bodies.
